Rick Edelman, founder of consulting firm Edelman Financial Services, does not rule out that in the long run, bitcoin (BTC) capitalization will reach $7.4 trillion.
Investment funds and asset managers are striving to diversify their portfolios. For this purpose, they began to look more actively at digital currency.
If they invest at least 1% of their capital in BTC, its price will increase to $420,000. To enter the cryptocurrency, investors use exchange-traded funds ETFs, which are now available not only in North America and Europe, but also in the Asia-Pacific region.
The head of Edelman Financial Services emphasized:
“Compared to digital assets on the Coinbase exchange, cryptocurrency ETF funds are 20-25% cheaper. There are also tax advantages, which is what big investors take advantage of.”
Rick Edelman does not share the view of those experts who doubt that the Securities and Exchange Commission will approve applications to issue spot ETFs for ether.
He believes that by the end of 2024 the US regulator will definitely decide to legalize the new instrument
