Cryptocurrency gives people economic freedom

Brian Armstrong, the head of Coinbase exchange, recently stated that approximately 52 million people in the United States own digital currencies. The popularity of this instrument is rapidly growing, so it is necessary to speed up its legalization.

Last week, Armstrong posted an article on his blog in which he pointed out the revolutionary significance of the process of introducing bitcoin into the global financial system.

According to him, cryptocurrency provides people with economic freedom. It is an integral part of the new financial model that is taking shape in the world.

Coinbase has taken on the functions of an intermediary between the traditional market and the cryptosphere. The exchange provides both storage and conversion services for stablecoins and bitcoin.

The cryptocurrency company has recently significantly expanded its presence in key markets including Spain, Canada and Bermuda.

In the European Union, Coinbase is headquartered in Ireland. However, the exchange has no plans to leave the U.S. market, Brian Armstrong emphasized.
